appointmentScripts.com sells digital study materials (vault unlock). Because access is delivered immediately after payment, refunds are limited.

Standard policy

• If you cannot access content due to a technical fault on our side, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will repair access or refund.
• If you purchased by mistake and have not meaningfully used the library, contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
• Refunds are generally not available after substantial use of paid reports or after the stated windows above.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your Paddle receipt / order id and a short description. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve access issues quickly.
