Refund eligibility

• The two free sample cases do not count toward usage.
• After payment, if you have opened or viewed fewer than 2 paid case reports, you may request a refund from your account backend.
• If you have viewed 2 or more paid case reports, refunds are not available.

How refunds work

Our system automatically counts how many paid case reports you have viewed. When a refund is approved, it is processed through Paddle to your original payment method, and access to the paid library ends.
